1. How long does shipping take within the UK?

Shipping takes 6–12 business days, which includes a handling time of 1–2 business days and a transit time of 5-10 business days 

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders ship free of charge within the United Kingdom.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT (London Standard Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. You may also use our Order Tracking Page.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure region-supported payment options. All payments are processed in GBP.

6. What is your return policy?

 

Returns

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We currently do not provide prepaid or free return labels.

9. What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please check your delivery area, ask neighbours or household members, and verify your shipping address.
If still not found, contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If your package is declared lost, reach out to us and we will reship your order or issue a refund.
