Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

All accessories, tags, and components must be included.

Customers must contact us at sales@noirandlumiere.com before returning any item to receive authorization and detailed instructions.

Returns sent back without approval cannot be processed.

A brief explanation of the issue

If confirmed, you will receive either a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and you will not need to pay return shipping for these cases.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time may take up to 14 business days after the item is inspected
