Return and Refund Policy

Noir & Lumière complies with EU consumer rights and UK law, including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. Below you will find our clear return, refund, and exchange instructions.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. For customer convenience, Noir & Lumière offers an extended return period of 30 days.

Return Conditions:

  • You have 30 days to return a product – no reason is required.

  • The product must be unused and resalable, meaning:

    • Unopened in its original packaging, or

    • Must not show signs of wear or use

  • Original price tags or labels must not be removed

  • Returns are made by post to the address we provide you

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer; Noir & Lumière does not provide a free return label

  • No handling fee (restocking fee) is charged for returns

  • Refunds are issued in British Pounds (GBP)

  • The return address will be provided via email with your return confirmation – contact us before returning

Refund Policy

Once the return is received and approved:

  • The refund is processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase

  • Only the product price is refunded – original shipping costs are not refunded (unless the product is defective)

  • If you have not received your refund within 14 days, contact us immediately

Exchange Policy

You can exchange a product for another size, color, or model within 30 days, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The product has not been washed, used, or damaged

  • Exchanges are sent at your own cost

  • Contact us before exchanging so we can reserve your desired replacement

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the normal return policy applies.

Pack the product carefully and send it via a tracked shipping method

Warranty and Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

Products have a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU law
